Synergy Medical Practice is a privately owned and operated practice. We proudly deliver premium healthcare tailored to our patients’ needs.
Face-to-face consultations as well as Telehealth and video Telehealth appointments are privately billed (except for DVA and concession card holders and children aged 5 years and below), although some services are bulk billed. A reduced fee is applicable for children aged 6 – 16 years.
You will be charged for your appointment at the end of your visit. You will be charged the full amount for your consultation including any out-of-pocket gap fees. Our team will promptly submit your Medicare rebate on your behalf, with funds typically reaching your nominated bank account within 24 to 48 hours from Medicare.

We understand situations may arise where you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. If this occurs, we respectfully ask you to provide a minimum of 2 hours notice before your appointment by cancelling your appointment via our online booking system or phoning our practice. We will happily reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel within 2 hours or do not attend your scheduled appointment, a non-attendance fee of $50.00 will apply. If you have a cancellation fee, it will require payment before you can schedule another appointment.
Our doctors want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not attend a scheduled appointment, another patient loses the opportunity to be seen.
